Beko AC Error Codes

When air conditioner status ib abnormal, temperature indicator on the indoor unit will blink to display Same error code. Please refer to the below list for the identification of the error.

H1
This means defrosting status. It's a normal phenomenon.
E5
It can be eliminated after restarting the unit. If not, please contact qualified professionals for service.
U8
It can be eliminated after restarting the unit. If not, please contact qualified professionals for service.
H6
It can be eliminated after restarting the unit. If not, please contact qualified professionals for service.
C5
Please contact qualified professionals for service.
F1

F2

Warning
When This Occurs That We Write Below, please turn off the AC and disconnect power immediately, and then contact the dealer or qualified professionals for service.
  • The power cord is overheating or damaged.
  • There’s abnormal sound during operation.
  • Circuit break trips off frequently.
  • The air conditioner gives off the burning smell.
  • The indoor unit is leaking.
*Do not repair or refit the air conditioner by yourself.
*If the air conditioner operates under abnormal conditions, it may cause malfunction, electric shock or fire hazard.

Beko AC Error Codes And Troubleshooting

Check the following points before requesting repairs or service. If the fault persists, please contact your dealer or service center.
*The air conditioner does no operate.
-Have you made a mistake in the timer operation?
-Check the fuse blown or Circuit Breaker Tripped?
*The room has a peculiar odor.
-Check that this is not a damp smell exuded by the walls, carpet, furniture, or cloth items in the room.
*It seems that condensation is leaking from the air conditioner.
-Condensation occurs when the airflow from the air conditioner cools the warm room air.
*Air conditioner does not operate for about 3 minutes when restarted.
-This is the protector of the mechanism.
-Wait about three minutes and operation will begin.
*Does not cool or heat effectively.
– Is the air filter dirty? See air filter cleaning instructions.

– Are the indoor unit’s air inlet or outlet vents obstructed?
*The air conditioner operation is noisy.
-For a noise that sounds like water flowing. This is the sound of freon flowing inside the air conditioner unit.
-For a noise that sounds like the compressed air releasing into the atmosphere. This is the sound of the dehumidifying water being processed inside the air conditioning .
*Remote control display is faint, or no display at all.
-Are the batteries depleted?
-Are the batteries inserted in the opposite (+) and (-) directions?
*Crack sound is heard.
This sound is generated by the expansion/constriction of the front panel, etc. due to changes of temperature.
