Error Codes
Before installing and using your portable A / C, please read
this owner’s manual carefully. This manual is stored in a safe place for future
reference.
Error code resolution
E5 over current protection. Unplug for 10
minutes and then turn the unit on. If “E5” is still displayed, contact customer
service.
H8 backup water tank
is full. Dry the water tank.
F1 room air
temperature sensor malfunction .. Notify maintenance man to maintain.
F2 tube temperature
sensor malfunction. Inform the maintenance person to maintain.

Problem: air conditioner
will not start
Possible reasons:
1. The air conditioner is unplugged or not connected well.
2. The fuse blown / circuit breaker is tripped.
3. power failure
4. The current interruptor device is tripped.
Solution:
1. Ensure that the air conditioner plug has been fully pushed into the outlet
2. Check the home fuse / circuit breaker box and replace the fuses or reset the breaker.
3. The unit will restart automatically when power is restored.
4. Press the RESET button located on the power cord plug.
Possible reasons:
1. The air conditioner is unplugged or not connected well.
2. The fuse blown / circuit breaker is tripped.

cold as it should be
Possible reasons:
1. Airflow is restricted
2. Temperature control may not be set correctly.
3. Air filter is dirty
4. Room can be very hot
5. Avoiding Cold Air
6. The evaporator is frozen
Solution:
1. Make sure there is no curtain, blind or furniture in front of the air conditioner.
2. Lower the set thermostat temperature.
3. Clean the filter. See the Cleaning Filters and Manual Care section.
4. Please allow the room to cool after turning on the air conditioner.
5. Check open furnace registers and cold air returns.
6. The unit is defrosting and will resume operation when done.

2. Temperature control may not be set correctly.
3. Air filter is dirty
4. Room can be very hot

Possible reasons: Is time enabled?
Solution: Cancel the time or wait until the unit turns on.

Possible reasons:
1. Batteries are inserted incorrectly
2.Battery may be dead
Solution:
1. Check the battery status.
2. Replace the battery.
