Failure code for wall mounted unit – Displayed on the indoor LCD:

E2	Indoor coil temperature sensor failure
E4	EEPROM wrong
E7	Communication failure between indoor and outdoor
E14	Indoor fan motor failure
E18	Temperature cutoff protection
F1	Module failure
F2	Outdoor DC motor failure
F4	Compressor overheat / discharging temperature protection
F5	Module over current / current transducer failure
F6	Outdoor ambient temp. sensor abnormal
F7	Outdoor suction/defrosting temp. sensor abnormal
F8	High pressure abnormal
F9	Low pressure abnormal
F10	No AC power supply
F11	Outdoor PCB EEPROM abnormal
F13	Communication failure between outdoor PCB and module
F14	Compressor discharging temp. sensor failure
F15	Compressor running faulty
F16	Running state-detecting circuit failure

Error Code: E1
Fault Description: Room temperature sensor fault
Remark: Indoor room temp. sensor in short circuit, or open circuit, it can resume due to the signal.

Error Code: E2
Fault Description: Heat-exchange sensor fault
Remark: Indoor coil temp. sensor in short circuit, or open circuit, it can resume due to the signal.

Error Code: E4
Fault Description: Indoor EEPROM error
Remark: Being electrified to test E2 check sum, or E2 is broken down.

Error Code: E9
Fault Description: High work-intense protection
Fault unit: Outdoor unit

Error Code: E7
Fault Description: Communication failure between indoor and outdoor
Remark: Communication failure alarms for 4 minutes contineously, it can resume due to the signal.

Error Code: EC
Fault Description: Refrigerant Leakage

Fault Description: Outdoor EEPROM fault
Fault unit: Outdoor unit

Error Code: E14
Fault Description: Indoor fan motor malfunction
Remark: Indoor fan motor wrong wiring or indoor fan motor abnormal.

Error Code: F1
Fault Description: The protection error of IPM
Remark: Outdoor module abnormal

Error Code: F2
Fault Description: Overcurrent of the compressor
Remark: Outdoor DC motor abnormal

Error Code: F3
Fault Description: Communication fault between the IPM and outdoor PCB
Fault unit: Outdoor unit

Error Code: F4
Fault Description: Overheat protection error of exhaust temperature sensor
Remark: Compressor discharging temperature over high protection

Error Code: F6

Fault Description: Ambient temperature sensor failure
Remark: Outdoor ambient temp. sensor in short current or open circuit

Error Code: F7
Fault Description: Suction temperature sensor fault
Remark: Outdoor suction/defrosting temp. sensor in short circuit or open circuit

Error Code: F11
Fault Description: deviate from the normal  for the compressor
Remark: Being electrified to test if the E2 check sum is correct or failure

Fault Description: Power voltage too high or too low

Fault Description: Defrost temperature sensor fault

Fault Description: Overcurrent  protection of  AC electricity  for  the outdoor model
